In the 45th minute, Jean Fernandez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adelino Moraes during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jean Fernandez to strike the kick off in the second half.
