In the 4th minute Willian Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jardel França's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chiquinho Camargo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, NUCUTUTINHA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Willian Chaves came free, but Chiquinho Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The supporters of Los Grandes booed when NUCUTUTINHA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kiko Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the game, André Alvarenga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Chiquinho Camargo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 60 in the game by Jardel França from a close distance when the talented Chiquinho Camargo managed to make a qualified save. NUCUTUTINHA FC's players were relieved. In the 61st minute Los Grandes were awarded a corner. Elivélton Borges went to the cornerflag to take it. Los Grandes's Elivélton Borges was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Chiquinho Camargo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Willian Chaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chiquinho Camargo was a little too slow when Jardel França got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-3. Willian Chaves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute of the match, Jardel França tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Chiquinho Camargo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Chiquinho Camargo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel França, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Willian Chaves received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Chiquinho Camargo came out and tried to block the shot, but Willian Chaves slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Kiko Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. NUCUTUTINHA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kiko Pinheiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Marín breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jardel França fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chiquinho Camargo having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Los Grandes left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than NUCUTUTINHA FC.
