Vicenzi's Cássio Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Valle in the 23rd minute of play. In the 28th minute, Enrique França made a precise shot to the right of Cássio Arruda. Vicenzi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The wind increased when Dênis Barreto made the kick off in the second half. Evaristo de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Cássio Arruda made a huge save. In the 88th minute, Tricolor Fc's Evaristo de Mendonça ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cássio Arruda. Cássio Arruda yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Enrique França sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Tricolor Fc booed when Vicenzi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evaristo de Mendonça received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cássio Arruda came out and tried to block the shot, but Evaristo de Mendonça slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 96th minute. Tricolor Fc played a much better game than Vicenzi and deserved their victory. The Vicenzi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
