After 21 minutes of play, Falcon fc's Leopoldo Britto made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manoel Pirani was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard Rosado during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Edgard Rosado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evaristo de Mendonça scored 2-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wellington Pimenta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Manoel Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duda Zonta, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Falcon fc's Wellington Pimenta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique França in the 34th minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, Tricolor Fc's Evaristo de Mendonça made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wellington Pimenta was left in no man's land by his defense there! The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Duda Zonta made the kick off in the second half. Claudinho Cosme hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Duda Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manoel Pirani having to interfere. The supporters of Falcon fc booed when Tricolor Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernandinho Teles didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Duda Zonta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Lenílson Xavier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Falcon fc getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Leopoldo Britto hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Renan Valle kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wellington Pimenta. That made the score 2-3 in the 70 minute of play. Lenílson Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Renan Valle hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Duda Zonta scored 3-3 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manoel Pirani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Falcon fc reached it. Enrique França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Wellington Pimenta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaristo de Mendonça got free with Wellington Pimenta in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tricolor Fc's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
