Tales Aguiar hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Josué Freire got a throw-in 6 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Eliseu Paraíba. 7 minutes into the game, Duda Zonta recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cássio Arruda. Duda Zonta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Vicenzi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Duda Zonta scored to the left of an out of position Cássio Arruda, making the score, 2-0. In the 15th minute, Leopoldo Britto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cássio Arruda was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 18th minute, Enrique Salgado made a precise shot to the right of Cássio Arruda. Vicenzi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 25th minute Duda Zonta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Duda Zonta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Falcon fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Cássio Arruda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Duda Zonta went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Vicenzi's Cássio Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Britto in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vicenzi's Joaquim Mattos got a free kick in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duda Zonta in the 39th minute of play forced Vicenzi's goalkeeper Cássio Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Falcon fc's Edgard Rosado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 7-1. 45 minutes into the match, Vicenzi's goalkeeper Cássio Arruda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Salgado. Cássio Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duda Zonta in the 46th minute of the match. Cássio Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertinho Pernambucano in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-1.

If Gilvan Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Duda Zonta in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cássio Arruda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cássio Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duda Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Vicenzi getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Josué Freire hit a great ball. 83 minutes in the game Lenílson Xavier did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Duda Zonta. After some careless play in the Vicenzi defense, Duda Zonta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cássio Arruda. The Vicenzi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cássio Arruda should have stopped the shot. Enrique Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 93 played minutes Vicenzi got a freekick which was hit by Válter Abreu. In the 95th minute Duda Zonta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Falcon fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
