In the 24thth minute of the game Dé Torres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ori's Alberto Sena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lagarto's Remo do Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Lagarto from getting a goal against them. 2-1 became the score in the 37th minute when Juvenal Hoffmann elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Ori getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Clemente Paraense hit a great ball. Andrézinho Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 43rd match minute, Ori was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Cardozo to maneuver through the defense. Juvenal Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo do Vale having to interfere.
