The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruninho Sergipano during the 3rd minute. In the 44th play minute Kléber do Nascimento came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Amílton Coutinho. 3-0. The supporters of Guerreiros da Bola FC booed when Andreza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
