Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luís Gustavo Reis kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Luís Gustavo Reis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 8 minutes into the game, Olívio Carvalho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Juventude FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caras the free kick. Olívio Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Juventude FC's goalkeeper Renan Albuquerque, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Caras's Luís Gustavo Reis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renan Albuquerque narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paulo Meirelles kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Francisco Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caras's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Amaral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renan Albuquerque breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Real Juventude FC's Renan Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Amaral in the 28th minute of play. Luís Gustavo Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Renan Albuquerque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Francisco Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Real Juventude FC's Renan Albuquerque proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Real Juventude FC from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. César Duarte was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Real Juventude FC got a freekick which was hit by Olívio Carvalho. A collision led to Real Juventude FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Mário Peixoto hit a great ball. Renan Albuquerque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Víktor Nóbrega during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes Real Juventude FC got a freekick which was hit by Víktor Nóbrega. The supporters of Caras booed when Real Juventude FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glauco Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Renan Albuquerque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Reis in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Real Juventude FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Gustavo Reis came free, but Renan Albuquerque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Caras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
