Léo Siqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Arthur Lucas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Léo Siqueira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 21 minutes into the match, Samambaia's goalkeeper Léo Siqueira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wellington Hermes. A collision led to Cachoeiro-ES getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Arthur Lucas hit a great ball. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Samambaia's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Hermes came free, but Léo Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Wellington Hermes came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Cachoeiro-ES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wellington Hermes couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute, Marquinhos de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Aníbal Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. After 82 played minutes, Cachoeiro-ES's Arthur Lucas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Léo Siqueira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cachoeiro-ES reached it. 84 minutes into the match, Samambaia's Silvinho Gomes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lauro de Senna narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
