Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 150) Marcelo Pereira made the kick off and thus started the match. Ovidio Cesaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovidio Cesaro got free with Tomás Berger in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ovidio Cesaro scored 2-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomás Berger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Recife Pe's goalkeeper Tomás Berger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ovidio Cesaro. With a little luck, Recife Pe's Tomás Berger got control of the ball when Ovidio Cesaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonard Majewski in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomás Berger saved Recife Pe from getting behind. Paredes Muro came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Recife Pe's Laércio Fernandes. But to his dismay, Laércio Fernandes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Paredes Muro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Marcelo Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paredes Muro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laércio Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Leonard Majewski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tomás Berger, 3-1. When SPORT PRIMUS FC's Leonard Majewski in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Recife Pe's goalie prevented a goal. Ovidio Cesaros short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Tomás Berger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonard Majewski to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Ovidio Cesaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute, Ovidio Cesaro made a precise shot to the right of Tomás Berger. Recife Pe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Recife Pe's goalkeeper Tomás Berger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Recife Pe's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Cesaro came free, but Tomás Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Recife Pe's zone, Ovidio Cesaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Berger came out of the goal and Ovidio Cesaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomás Berger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Majewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Marcelo Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomás Berger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovidio Cesaro's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Ovidio Cesaro took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Berger. Tomás Berger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. Ovidio Cesaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Tomás Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Ovidio Cesaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomás Berger was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. The supporters of SPORT PRIMUS FC booed when Recife Pe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Recife Pe's Tomás Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Majewski in the 93rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ovidio Cesaro in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomás Berger saved Recife Pe from getting behind.
