Túlio Capixaba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fiori Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Fiori Tinoco took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Túlio Capixaba to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fiori Tinoco got free with Túlio Capixaba in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Catipora's Túlio Capixaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adilson Saldanha in the 37th minute of play. Adilson Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Túlio Capixaba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Túlio Capixaba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fiori Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Túlio Capixaba was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fiori Tinoco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 47 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thorin SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Isaltino Martins scored to the left of an out of position Luís Gustavo Tande, making the score, 4-1. In the 74thth minute of the game Fiori Tinoco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Catipora's Túlio Capixaba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luís Gustavo Tande made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Luís da Fonseca in the 76th minute. Catipora's Túlio Capixaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fiori Tinoco in the 77th minute of play. Adilson Saldanha struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Túlio Capixaba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thorin SC. Catipora's Túlio Capixaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fiori Tinoco in the 82nd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Eriberto Prestes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Thorin SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. After a rather tough play, Catipora's Breno Vieira got a free kick in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fiori Tinoco in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Túlio Capixaba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eriberto Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Túlio Capixaba having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Thorin SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
