With an all-out effort, Guaxinduva's Rony Ferraz threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Artur Paraibano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rony Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betinho Velloso in the 9th minute of the match.
