None of the them looked very eager to play. 庞延帆 started the match with the kick off. Washington Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Zézinho Rosa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Washington Neto. Zézinho Rosa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. 庞延帆 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maurício Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin da Rocha in the 20th minute of play. Leonel Maranhense hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Washington Neto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jano Cerezo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 31 minute of play. Maurício Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldão Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the game, 庞延帆 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Washington Neto. 庞延帆 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Washington Neto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zézinho Rosa in the 39th minute. Maurício Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldão Guedes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Ronaldão Guedes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Irajai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin da Rocha couldn't finish the play. 56 minutes into the match, Irajai's goal looked a bit too open when Zézinho Rosa came free, but Washington Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Jano Cerezo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Washington Neto was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. Jano Cerezo scored 7-2 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Washington Neto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th minute, Jano Cerezo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Washington Neto was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-2. Rômulo de Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, ORION FC's goalkeeper Maurício Soeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin da Rocha. Washington Neto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jano Cerezo went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 9-2 was the resulting score. After 84 minutes of play, ORION FC's Jano Cerezo made it 10-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Washington Neto was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute, Jano Cerezo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Washington Neto was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flávio Soeiro in the 94th minute of play forced Irajai's goalkeeper Washington Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Washington Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zézinho Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonel Maranhense got free with Maurício Soeiro in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Irajai's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
