The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Felippe Trevisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Rondônia Fc's zone, Cássio Mineiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Barral came out of the goal and Cássio Mineiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute, Dedé Medeiros made a precise shot to the right of Laércio Branco. MtoLokosFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a little luck, Rondônia Fc's Alex Barral got control of the ball when Felippe Trevisan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cássio Mineiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rondônia Fc's zone, Cássio Mineiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Barral came out of the goal and Cássio Mineiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laércio Branco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelson Camargo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Maria Costa during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cacá Teixeira in the 36th minute of play forced MtoLokosFC's goalkeeper Laércio Branco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laércio Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedé Medeiros in the 39th minute of play. Dedé Medeiros took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laércio Branco. Laércio Branco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Laércio Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelson Camargo in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Cacá Teixeira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rondônia Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nelson Camargo to strike the kick off in the second half. MtoLokosFC's Laércio Branco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save MtoLokosFC from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute, Rondônia Fc's Dedé Medeiros ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Laércio Branco. Laércio Branco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Nelson Camargo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Cacá Teixeira took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Laércio Branco to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of MtoLokosFC booed when Rondônia Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cacá Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Cássio Mineiro sped through Rondônia Fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alex Barral. Alex Barral came out of the goal and Cássio Mineiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laércio Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá Teixeira in the 76th minute of the match. Laércio Branco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dedé Medeiros in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, MtoLokosFC's goalkeeper Laércio Branco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dedé Medeiros. In the 79th minute Cacá Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laércio Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, José Maria Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, MtoLokosFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cacá Teixeira came free, but Laércio Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Rondônia Fc getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Cacá Teixeira hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Cássio Mineiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Barral was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Gil Sergipano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Laércio Branco made a huge save. In the 94th minute, Rondônia Fc's Dedé Medeiros dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. The Rondônia Fc players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
