Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilmar Dante kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the match, Frutal FC's Efraín Bacete sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Tróia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexandre Vides charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandre Vides the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Frutal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimir Ambjerg to maneuver through the defense. Gilmar Dante succeeded in the game's 13th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. If Dráuzio Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Efraín Bacete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute Gilmar Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efraín Bacete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bola FC's Paulo Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Paraíba in the 38th minute of play. Efraín Bacete might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Tróia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Efraín Bacete ran back to his position shaking his head. 42 minutes into the match, Bola FC's goalkeeper Paulo Tróia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Efraín Bacete.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Efraín Bacete to strike the kick off in the second half. Paulo Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio Paraíba in the 52nd minute of play. Bola FC's Paulo Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Vides in the 54th minute of play. Alexandre Vides recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Tróia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Efraín Bacete went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Paulo Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efraín Bacete, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Bola FC's goal looked a bit too open when Efraín Bacete came free, but Paulo Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frutal FC's Efraín Bacete got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 5-2 became the score in the 82nd minute when Gilmar Dante elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 88 minutes, Efraín Bacete made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bola FC's Paulo Tróia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Paulo Tróia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Vides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Tróia came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Frutal FC's Efraín Bacete. But to his dismay, Efraín Bacete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2. After 95 minutes, Dráuzio Paraíba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frutal FC and the Bola FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Frutal FC's Dráuzio Paraíba got a free kick in the 95th minute.
