After a defensive mix-up in AD.MANTHIQUEIRA's zone, Daniel Siggman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel da Costa came out of the goal and Daniel Siggman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, Dário Leme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerson Bittencourt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Dário Leme took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Gerson Bittencourt to make any attempt to save it. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Fernandinho Azevedo took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Gerson Bittencourt to make any attempt to save it. Hermínio Pinho hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Dário Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Gerson Bittencourt successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 86 minutes into the match, Novo Hamburgo SA's goalkeeper Gerson Bittencourt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dário Leme. In the 87th minute, Marcinho Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerson Bittencourt made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Fernandinho Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. Fernandinho Azevedo's late challenge caught a Novo Hamburgo SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernandinho Azevedo helped the player get up and apologised. After 90 played minutes AD.MANTHIQUEIRA got a freekick which was hit by Fernandinho Azevedo. 92 minutes into the match, Novo Hamburgo SA's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Leme came free, but Gerson Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerson Bittencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Dorio in the 98th minute of the match. The Novo Hamburgo SA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AD.MANTHIQUEIRA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
