Corbett Alonso might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sérgio Cearense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Corbett Alonso ran back to his position shaking his head. Sérgio Cearense didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Clube Atlético Paulista's Rickard Ödman shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. If Marquinhos Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. invictus's Sérgio Cearense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rickard Ödman in the 19th minute of play. Corbett Alonso took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sérgio Cearense. Sérgio Cearense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 33 minutes into the game, Clube Atlético Paulista's Rickard Ödman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sérgio Cearense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raí de Moraes made a kick off. Yuri Marquez hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Atlético Paulista's zone, Serafim Mattos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aden Couzens came out of the goal and Serafim Mattos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clube Atlético Paulista's Aden Couzens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raí de Moraes in the 58th minute of play. In the 62nd minute of the match, Rickard Ödman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sérgio Cearense saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With an all-out effort, Clube Atlético Paulista's Sérgio Cearense threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rickard Ödman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Augusto Paranaense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Sérgio Cearense made a huge save. Clube Atlético Paulista's Rickard Ödman was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 75th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Clube Atlético Paulista's Severino Soares was substituted for Marquinhos Pena. Iuri Sarmento hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 87th match minute, invictus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aníbal Velasco to maneuver through the defense. Aníbal Velasco's late challenge caught a Clube Atlético Paulista's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aníbal Velasco helped the player get up and apologised. Aníbal Velasco hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Clube Atlético Paulista played a much better game than invictus and deserved their victory. The invictus players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
