When Hortêncio Salgado fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored União Lokomotiva FC's protests and gave Hortêncio Salgado a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 played minutes União Lokomotiva FC got a freekick which was hit by Hortêncio Salgado. Cornelius Korth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dario Palos went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Fabinho Netto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Athletic Warszaw's Vítor Carneiro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hortêncio Salgado, made in the 88th minute of the game. Vítor Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabinho Netto having to interfere. The throw-in from Hílton de Alcântara in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Athletic Warszaw's Vítor Carneiro. If Nesto Aguilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Club Athletic Warszaw players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
