Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edgar Dante made the kick off which started today's match. Edgar Dante scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Léo Vergílio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, APOCALIPSE's Francisco da Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enéas Magalhães narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldão Baptista got free with Léo Vergílio in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jailson Maia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Léo Vergílio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Edgar Dante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jailson Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

In the 52nd minute, APOCALIPSE's Francisco da Costa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. After 60 played minutes, Macatuba's Falcão Trancoso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Léo Vergílio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Macatuba reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldão Baptista in the 64th minute of play forced APOCALIPSE's goalkeeper Léo Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Jailson Maia made a precise shot to the right of Léo Vergílio. APOCALIPSE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Vicente Siqueira hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Edgar Dante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macatuba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Dante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Léo Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldão Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Léo Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otávio Andrade in the 73rd minute of the match. Léo Vergílio came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Macatuba's Jailson Maia. But to his dismay, Jailson Maia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. After a defensive mix-up in Macatuba's zone, Diogo Quintal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enéas Magalhães came out of the goal and Diogo Quintal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Léo Vergílio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Dante's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Léo Vergílio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jailson Maia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90 minutes, Juninho Miranda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Macatuba and the APOCALIPSE players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Macatuba! When Ronaldão Baptista fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macatuba's protests and gave Ronaldão Baptista a yellow card for diving instead. Ronaldão Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
