Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benê Pinheiro in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Madureira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benê Pinheiro made a kick off. Celso Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guga Quadros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Mooca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guga Quadros came free, but Celso Madureira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Manuel Baptista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vicente Faustino struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Caio Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mooca FC. Cascatinha's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
