When Jarbas Pinho came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Grêmio Osasco Audax fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarbas Pinho couldn't finish the play. Pedro Paulo Tinoco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jarbas Pinho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardo Secco during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 9 played minutes Grêmio Osasco Audax got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Secco. With a little luck, Wascko of Gamar's Pedro Paulo Tinoco got control of the ball when Roberto Moura tried to sneak it across the goal line. Humberto Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Jarbas Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Paulo Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Téo Mota in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute Jarbas Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Paulo Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Diego Tinoco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Paulo Tinoco. Diego Tinoco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 27th minute, Ricardo Secco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerônimo Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Eduardo Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Roberto Moura could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Pedro Paulo Tinoco however easily saved by the left post. Vinícius Donato hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Pedro Paulo Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Roberto Moura sent off a good shot on target. Humberto Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Luiz Eduardo Fernandes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jarbas Pinho was the one to do the kick off. Wascko of Gamar's Pedro Paulo Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Moura in the 60th minute of play. During the 65th minute of the match Vinícius Donato completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vinícius Donato a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Jano Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wascko of Gamar's supporters rose to their feet, but Jano Novaes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerônimo Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute Roberto Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Paulo Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Paulo Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Moura in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Grêmio Osasco Audax fully deserved thier win.
