Pedro Paulo Tinoco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pedro Paulo Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Quintal in the 14th minute of play. If Gláuber Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Paulo Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gláuber Marinho in the 20th minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Diogo Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. APOCALIPSE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diogo Quintal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Manfredo Sousa notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Wascko of Gamar's Pedro Paulo Tinoco. Pedro Paulo Tinoco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Gláuber Marinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Paulo Tinoco was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diogo Quintal made a kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Manfredo Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. APOCALIPSE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manfredo Sousa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Paulo Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Gláuber Marinho sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulinho Guimarães during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st minute, Paulinho Guimarães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Wascko of Gamar's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Tinoco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gláuber Marinho. A collision led to APOCALIPSE getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Diogo Quintal hit a great ball. Wascko of Gamar's Pedro Paulo Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Quintal in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Wascko of Gamar's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Tinoco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Quintal in the 72nd minute of play forced Wascko of Gamar's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gláuber Marinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 2-3 became the score in the 81st minute when Luiz Eduardo Fernandes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 86th match minute, Wascko of Gamar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Lira to maneuver through the defense. Gláuber Marinho struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Gláuber Marinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Pedro Paulo Tinoco made a huge save. With an all-out effort, APOCALIPSE's Pedro Paulo Tinoco threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Diogo Quintal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Secco in the 94th minute of play forced Wascko of Gamar's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Luiz Eduardo Fernandes fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wascko of Gamar's protests and gave Luiz Eduardo Fernandes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Wascko of Gamar getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Luiz Eduardo Fernandes hit a great ball. Manfredo Sousa hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded APOCALIPSE left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Wascko of Gamar.
