Paulão Diniz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulinho Fenomeno in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Madureira saved Mooca FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Jabaquara SC's Fábio Arce got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Celso Madureira made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Rok Roll sent off a good shot on target. Celso Madureira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. 46 minutes into the game, Paulão Diniz lined in a short shot 8-0 behind a frustrated Celso Madureira. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Faustino to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Mooca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antônio de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. But to his dismay, Rok Roll quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antônio de Almeida during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 91 minutes into the game, Paulão Diniz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 15-0. Celso Madureira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 94th minute, Norberto Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Jabaquara SC were the better team. Jabaquara SC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
