They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlinhos Massa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Simão Toscano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Spirofagia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Adami F.C. the free kick. When Rafinha Carioca fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spirofagia FC's protests and gave Rafinha Carioca a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Adami F.C. booed when Spirofagia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafinha Carioca didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Spirofagia FC's zone, Darío Conca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lúcio da Silveira came out of the goal and Darío Conca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Spirofagia FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Fiori Paraense hit a great ball. Vinícius Paiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lúcio da Silveira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Vinícius Paiva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lúcio da Silveira. The goal made the score 1-4. Richard Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Téo Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Eger, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The supporters of Spirofagia FC booed when Adami F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinícius Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Adami F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Richard Eger came free, but Téo Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Wos in the 96th minute of play forced Spirofagia FC's goalkeeper Lúcio da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Téo Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Adami F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Spirofagia FC throughout the match.
