With a couple of smart ball manuevers Durvalino Matorin in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Maria Paiva saved KRAKATOA F.C. from getting behind. In the 9th minute, Raí Furtado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Maria Paiva was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The Liverpool FC fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Liverpool FC's Raí Furtado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Raí Furtado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Maria Paiva was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Durvalino Paraense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Caco de Mendonça went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. José Maria Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raí Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 25 minutes, Vinícius Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liverpool FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinícius Mesquita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dráuzio Tande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vinícius Mesquita took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for José Maria Paiva. KRAKATOA F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Raí Furtado struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. José Maria Paiva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liverpool FC. Tiaguinho Linhares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Maria Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raí Furtado in the 38th minute of play. After 41 played minutes KRAKATOA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nelson Almeida. José Maria Paiva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raí Furtado's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. The Liverpool FC fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Liverpool FC's Raí Furtado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 47 minutes into the match, KRAKATOA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Raí Furtado came free, but José Maria Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Liverpool FC were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Júnior Campidelis to make the kick off. KRAKATOA F.C.'s Júnior Campidelis got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Júnior Campidelis in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Durvalino Paraense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55th play minute Durvalino Matorin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised José Maria Paiva. 1-6. Vinícius Mesquita might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Maria Paiva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinícius Mesquita ran back to his position shaking his head. When Durvalino Matorin came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Liverpool FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durvalino Matorin couldn't finish the play. KRAKATOA F.C.'s José Maria Paiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save KRAKATOA F.C. from getting a goal against them. Ronaldão Bueno who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of José Maria Paiva when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 73 minutes into the match, Raí Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Paiva. KRAKATOA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raí Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. If Raí Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Durvalino Matorin got free with José Maria Paiva in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 81st minute, Liverpool FC's Vinícius Mesquita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-9. Vinícius Mesquita spun around in front of the goal 86 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of KRAKATOA F.C.'s goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Tiaguinho Linhares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liverpool FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiaguinho Linhares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Maria Paiva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Durvalino Matorin in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of José Maria Paiva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 90th minute, Vinícius Mesquita made a precise shot to the right of José Maria Paiva. KRAKATOA F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-10. José Maria Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Durvalino Matorin, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Liverpool FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
