In the 39th minute, Luiz Fábio Gaúcho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st minute, GMDuarte 82's Luiz Fábio Gaúcho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Luiz Fábio Gaúcho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulysses Cearense to make the kick off. If Ulysses Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Breno Custódio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Daniel Xavier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luiz Fábio Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Nicolas Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niquini FC's Nicolas Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Gaúcho in the 59th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, GMDuarte 82's Atilano Mattin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolas Oliveira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. GMDuarte 82's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fábio Gaúcho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Niquini FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Oliveira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Breno Custódio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Daniel Xavier made a huge save. Valérien Klopp hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. GMDuarte 82 had won after a very even match.
