Spectators: 7260 (Terracing: 5378, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Diamantino Trancoso kicked off to start the match. A hard shot by Walmir Maia from long distance, 11 minutes into the match, got Aírton Saraiva's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 15th match minute, Curvello EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Prata to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute of the match Alessandro Paiva sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zé Pedro Massa skillfully saved the ball. Curvello EC's Zé Pedro Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Vides in the 18th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Breno Gaúcho made a precise shot to the right of Zé Pedro Massa. Curvello EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Walmir Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Saraiva having to interfere. Aírton Saraiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. S.C.Clavico's Aírton Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Maia in the 39th minute of play. Zé Pedro Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeferson Paes, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Curvello EC's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Vides came free, but Zé Pedro Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute of the match, Diamantino Trancoso got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aírton Saraiva was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The Curvello EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. S.C.Clavico were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Jeferson Paes made the kick off in the second half. Júlio Vides hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute Diamantino Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aírton Saraiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aírton Saraiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walmir Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, Curvello EC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Paes came free, but Zé Pedro Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Elder Koehler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute of the match Walmir Maia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aírton Saraiva showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 73 minutes of play, Curvello EC's Diamantino Trancoso made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aírton Saraiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! Diamantino Trancoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Júlio Vides scored 2-3 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Pedro Massa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Diamantino Trancoso took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aírton Saraiva. Aírton Saraiva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Aírton Saraiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Curvello EC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
