Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Enéas Coutinho got the match started through his kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jardel de Queirós couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the match, Yauacana's goal looked a bit too open when Tomaž Silva came free, but Luiz Eduardo Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonel Damião during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Confiança FC booed when Yauacana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Damião didn't get a good kick on the ball. Washington Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enéas Coutinho in the 34th minute of the match. Washington Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enéas Coutinho in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kauã Garcia got free with Washington Amaral in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41stth minute of the game Jardel de Queirós who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yauacana's Luiz Eduardo Ortiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Yauacana defense, Tomaž Silva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Eduardo Ortiz. The Yauacana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Eduardo Ortiz should have stopped the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Confiança FC's goalkeeper Washington Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kauã Garcia. The Yauacana players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Confiança FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jardel de Queirós was the one to do the kick off. Jardel de Queirós in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luiz Eduardo Ortiz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 88 minutes into the game, Dário Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yauacana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Confiança FC the free kick.
