Spectators: 6833 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Otávio Tavares kicked off to start the match. Fernando Pinho's late challenge caught a Bauru Atlético Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Pinho helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bauru Atlético Clube booed when Campeche FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 played minutes Campeche FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Barreto. In the 6th minute, Bauru Atlético Clube's Régis Catarinense ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nilson Tinoco. Nilson Tinoco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Otávio Tavares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nilson Tinoco came out and tried to block the shot, but Otávio Tavares slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 11th minute. In the 15th minute, Diguinho Braga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bauru Atlético Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Diguinho Braga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Nilson Tinoco made a huge save. Diguinho Braga took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilson Tinoco. Nilson Tinoco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Campeche FC's Nilson Tinoco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Campeche FC from getting a goal against them. After 26 minutes, Guga Seco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Campeche FC and the Bauru Atlético Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes Bauru Atlético Clube got a freekick which was hit by André Luiz Galvão. The audience was convinced that Lauro Zanette's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Donatello was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 37 minutes into the match, Campeche FC's goalkeeper Nilson Tinoco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diguinho Braga. Campeche FC's Nilson Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otávio Tavares in the 38th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Bauru Atlético Clube's Otávio Tavares dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Otávio Tavares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nilson Tinoco having to make a save. Nilson Tinoco came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bauru Atlético Clube's Diguinho Braga. But to his dismay, Diguinho Braga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Nilson Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Diguinho Braga sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lauro Zanette was the one to do the kick off. Jacinto Donatello made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Lauro Zanette sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute Otávio Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diguinho Braga in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilson Tinoco saved Campeche FC from getting behind. After 65 minutes of play, Bauru Atlético Clube's Diguinho Braga made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilson Tinoco was left in no man's land by his defense there! 70 minutes into the match, Campeche FC's goal looked a bit too open when Otávio Tavares came free, but Nilson Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diguinho Braga in the 74th minute of play. Nilson Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diguinho Braga, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Otávio Tavares took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilson Tinoco. Nilson Tinoco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Nilson Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otávio Tavares in the 84th minute of the match. After 85 minutes Campeche FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Diguinho Braga who took care of the corner kick. Bauru Atlético Clube's Régis Catarinense was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nilson Tinoco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 89th minute, Lauro Zanette ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Donatello was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diguinho Braga in the 94th minute of play forced Campeche FC's goalkeeper Nilson Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bauru Atlético Clube's Régis Catarinense got a free kick in the 94th minute. Bauru Atlético Clube were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Campeche FC for a fine match.
