Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anísio Tepedino got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Mariluz FC's zone, Anselmo Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan Carneiro came out of the goal and Anselmo Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laércio Lago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anísio Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Eduardo de Azevedo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Laércio Lago to make any attempt to save it. In the 12th minute, Mariluz FC's Eduardo de Azevedo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Sérgio Freire might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yan Carneiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sérgio Freire ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Mariluz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sérgio Freire came free, but Yan Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Guga Loyola fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mariluz FC's protests and gave Guga Loyola a yellow card for diving instead. 28 minutes into the game, Anísio Tepedino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Laércio Lago. Anísio Tepedino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. 36 minutes into the match, Sérgio Freire had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yan Carneiro. Mariluz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sérgio Freire was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Anísio Tepedino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Laércio Lago. That made the score 5-1 in the 42 minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, familia futebol clube 2.0's Sérgio Freire nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yan Carneiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sérgio Freire made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Caco Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sérgio Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Rodrigues in the 61st minute of play forced familia futebol clube 2.0's goalkeeper Laércio Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laércio Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardinho Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Ricardinho Rodrigues scored 6-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laércio Lago, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 71 minutes into the game, Mariluz FC's Guga Loyola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laércio Lago made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. A collision led to familia futebol clube 2.0 getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Magno Berger hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anísio Tepedino in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laércio Lago saved familia futebol clube 2.0 from getting behind. 77 minutes into the match, familia futebol clube 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardinho Rodrigues came free, but Laércio Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Prado during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Guga Loyola came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Mariluz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guga Loyola couldn't finish the play. familia futebol clube 2.0's Laércio Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Rodrigues in the 87th minute of play. Laércio Lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anísio Tepedino in the 89th minute of play. Sérgio Freire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Yan Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th match minute, Mariluz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo de Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mariluz FC had won after a very even match.
