Sidnei Valadares in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vinícius Capixaba, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 15 minutes of play, Centésimo Time F.C.'s Sidnei Valadares made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vinícius Capixaba was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gustavo Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The Centésimo Time F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Centésimo Time F.C.'s Sidnei Valadares looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A sloppy throw-in by Márcio Dias in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Soberano FC's Hermínio Eger. The supporters of Centésimo Time F.C. booed when Soberano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Vinícius Capixaba managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Centésimo Time F.C.'s Sidnei Valadares fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Centésimo Time F.C.'s Matías Linares got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Centésimo Time F.C.'s Frederico Melo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vinícius Capixaba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Sidnei Valadares got free in front of the goal in the 46th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Vinícius Capixaba was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sidnei Valadares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vinícius Capixaba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidnei Valadares in the 52nd minute of the match. Vinícius Capixaba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sidnei Valadares went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sidnei Valadares in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinícius Capixaba saved Soberano FC from getting behind. 72 minutes into the game, Ronaldinho Magalhães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soberano FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Centésimo Time F.C. the free kick. Dedé Sá struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Sercan Ceri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soberano FC. Vinícius Capixaba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidnei Valadares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82ndth minute of the game Frederico Melo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soberano FC's Vinícius Capixaba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gustavo Souza hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Sidnei Valadares in the 88th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 92nd minute, Sidnei Valadares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinícius Capixaba was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When the referee ended the match the Centésimo Time F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
