Celso Leme charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celso Leme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Soberano FC's Celso Leme got a free kick in the 37th minute. Gustavo Souza hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match.

When Beto Maia came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Internacional Aru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beto Maia couldn't finish the play. Allan Monteiro charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Allan Monteiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Soberano FC booed when Internacional Aru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Soberano FC's Vinícius Capixaba got control of the ball when Cauan Figueiredo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Soberano FC's goalkeeper Vinícius Capixaba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cauan Figueiredo. A collision led to Internacional Aru getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Franklin Cerezo hit a great ball. Soberano FC's Vinícius Capixaba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Soberano FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Soberano FC's zone, Beto Maia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinícius Capixaba came out of the goal and Beto Maia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Beto Maia might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vinícius Capixaba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Beto Maia ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute, Gustavo Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Internacional Aru walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
