Raphael Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Valladares in the 10th minute of play. Raphael Mazza came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Bodoco's Orlando Valladares. But to his dismay, Orlando Valladares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Raphael Mazza came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Bodoco's Adalmo do Nascimento. But to his dismay, Adalmo do Nascimento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Gilson de Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Orlando Valladares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Megafuts FC's Gilson de Queirós ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gabriel Ferreira. Gabriel Ferreira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Bodoco's Almir Couto suffered a concussion after 46 minutes and had to leave the field. Marquinhos Souza's late challenge caught a Bodoco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marquinhos Souza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Megafuts FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquinhos Souza to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orlando Valladares to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Ronaldão Pimenta took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Raphael Mazza to make any attempt to save it. With his leg Raphael Mazza managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Bodoco's Orlando Valladares fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Megafuts FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Rony Recife hit a great ball. Orlando Valladares succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 70th playminute. Megafuts FC's Raphael Mazza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Megafuts FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Valladares got free with Raphael Mazza in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Raphael Mazza successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Raphael Mazza made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Orlando Valladares sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd minute, Orlando Valladares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Orlando Valladares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Raphael Mazza made a huge save. Megafuts FC's Raphael Mazza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Megafuts FC from getting a goal against them. The Megafuts FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bodoco were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
