When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Evaristo Botelho took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Natã da Rocha to make any attempt to save it. After 30 minutes of play, Palestra Itália's Evaristo Botelho made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Natã da Rocha was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute, Palestra Itália's Breno Paes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Natã da Rocha. Natã da Rocha yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 38 minutes into the match, DAECHWITA's goal looked a bit too open when Breno Paes came free, but Natã da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Sérgio Ceresso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DAECHWITA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palestra Itália the free kick. After a rather tough play, DAECHWITA's Sérgio Ceresso got a free kick in the 40th minute. Evaristo Botelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Natã da Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, DAECHWITA's goal looked a bit too open when Cleiton Vargas came free, but Natã da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henning Bodin was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, DAECHWITA's goal looked a bit too open when Breno Paes came free, but Natã da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléberson Garcia in the 72nd minute of play forced DAECHWITA's goalkeeper Natã da Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marcus Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Breno Paes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palestra Itália fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. 88 minutes into the match, DAECHWITA's goal looked a bit too open when Breno Paes came free, but Natã da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DAECHWITA's Natã da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Botelho in the 92nd minute of play. Natã da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno Paes in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Palestra Itália fully deserved thier win.
