With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Hoffmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cafu de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natã Lucas in the 24th minute of the match. Cafu de Queiroz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. If Paúl Breitner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Padilha FC's Nicolas Hoffmann got control of the ball when Cesinha Souto tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Marasco defense, Natã Lucas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cafu de Queiroz. The Marasco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cafu de Queiroz should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Marasco left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Padilha FC.
