Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gugu Trancoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Leão in the 3rd minute of play. Arnaldo Leão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gugu Trancoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valdir da Silveira during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Fluminense FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Valdir da Silveira hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Arnaldo Leão fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Leão in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gugu Trancoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnaldo Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gugu Trancoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Deliciosa's goal looked a bit too open when Raí Bueno came free, but Ulisses Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 minutes, Washington Macedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deliciosa and the Fluminense FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th minute Reginaldo Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Severino Fernandez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gugu Trancoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Gugu Trancoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severino Fernandez in the 33rd minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Arnaldo Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deliciosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Leão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severino Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gugu Trancoso having to interfere. Gugu Trancoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Leão in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fluminense FC's goalkeeper Gugu Trancoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reginaldo Esteves to make the kick off. When Severino Fernandez came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Deliciosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severino Fernandez couldn't finish the play. After 54 minutes, Cauan Tavares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fluminense FC and the Deliciosa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Deliciosa booed when Fluminense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cauan Tavares didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Deliciosa fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Deliciosa's Arnaldo Leão looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fluminense FC's Gugu Trancoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Fernandez in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Fluminense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan Tavares to maneuver through the defense. Ulisses Teixeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raí Bueno went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Gugu Trancoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnaldo Leão went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 74th match minute, Fluminense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan Tavares to maneuver through the defense. Gugu Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Leão in the 76th minute of the match. Gugu Trancoso came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Deliciosa's Severino Fernandez. But to his dismay, Severino Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 83rd minute, Arnaldo Leão made a precise shot to the right of Gugu Trancoso. Fluminense FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Arnaldo Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gugu Trancoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Severino Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Deliciosa fully deserved thier win.
