In the 30th minute Botello Pinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulisses Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anderson Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. MARRACHE ESPORTE CLUBE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Botello Pinto in the 53rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Botello Pinto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ulisses Teixeira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ulisses Teixeira came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by MARRACHE ESPORTE CLUBE's Botello Pinto. But to his dismay, Botello Pinto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Marco Travassos hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Arnaldo Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deliciosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Leão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ralf Saar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Leão in the 66th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Fernandez in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ralf Saar saved MARRACHE ESPORTE CLUBE from getting behind. After some careless play in the MARRACHE ESPORTE CLUBE defense, Zé Urbano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ralf Saar. The MARRACHE ESPORTE CLUBE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ralf Saar should have stopped the shot. If Arnaldo Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. When the referee ended the match the Deliciosa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
