Arisvel AD's Victor Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Augusto Loureiro in the 21st minute of play. Zé Augusto Loureiro scored 1-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victor Recife, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 42 minutes into the game, Zé Augusto Loureiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Victor Recife was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zé Augusto Loureiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Veiga got free with Victor Recife in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilian de Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Victor Recife made a huge save. Wilian de Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Lobzeiro getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Zeca Pereira hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Lobzeiro's Victor Recife threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zé Augusto Loureiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Lobzeiro's Zé Augusto Loureiro in 75 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Victor Recife guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
