Spectators: 7530 (Terracing: 5649, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Carlinhos de Alcântara made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Carlinhos de Alcântara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dida Pinheiro was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Luís Fabiano Severo managed to get in a good position for a shot. RivotriL FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Fabiano Severo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dida Pinheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeu Couto in the 14th minute of play forced RivotriL FC's goalkeeper Tiago Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Carlinhos de Alcântara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dida Pinheiro. Veados's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlinhos de Alcântara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 18th play minutes Carlinhos de Alcântara shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Dida Pinheiro and just under the crossbar into goal. Juan Matorin kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 26 minutes of play, Veados's Durval Zonta made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiago Sabóia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlinhos de Alcântara in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dida Pinheiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jorge Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Dida Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiago Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durval Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Carlinhos de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Dida Pinheiro managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when RivotriL FC's Carlinhos de Alcântara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Durval Zonta fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Veados's protests and gave Durval Zonta a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Veados's Durval Zonta got a free kick in the 45th minute. Veados's Dida Pinheiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Veados from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Dida Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlinhos de Alcântara in the 52nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emerson Moreno during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emerson Moreno hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. RivotriL FC's Timo Zapater got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of RivotriL FC booed when Veados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Matorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Veados's Dida Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Zapater in the 65th minute of play. Dida Pinheiro came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by RivotriL FC's Timo Zapater. But to his dismay, Timo Zapater quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Jorge Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Carlinhos de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Veados getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Durval Zonta hit a great ball. After 79 minutes, Carlinhos de Alcântara made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Veados's Dida Pinheiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. RivotriL FC's Sean Chew suffered a concussion after 84 minutes and had to leave the field. After 84 minutes of play Veados's Durval Zonta was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of RivotriL FC booed when Veados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Fabiano Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 94 minutes, Carlinhos de Alcântara made it 8-1 with a short kick to the right side. Veados's Dida Pinheiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. RivotriL FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
