César Aguiar started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, César Aguiar made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Strutz FC's Carlinhos Batista tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Academia VSKG fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Academia VSKG's César Aguiar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Erasmo Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. The supporters of Academia VSKG booed when Strutz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrianinho Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Augusto Neiva charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Augusto Neiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, José Augusto Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match, Valdomiro Macedo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Diguinho Tinoco saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Academia VSKG's César Aguiar in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Strutz FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling César Aguiar in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlinhos Batista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that César Aguiar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlinhos Batista was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Academia VSKG's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Valdomiro Macedo 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. The supporters of Academia VSKG booed when Strutz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Augusto Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Academia VSKG's Diguinho Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdomiro Macedo in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st match minute, Strutz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdomiro Macedo to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Academia VSKG's goal looked a bit too open when Valdomiro Macedo came free, but Diguinho Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdomiro Macedo made a kick off. Manoel Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Strutz FC's attentive Erasmo Marquez managed to snatch the ball when Décio Mattos made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. A collision led to Strutz FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Bernardo Bertassi hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Strutz FC's goalkeeper Carlinhos Batista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by César Aguiar. In the 64th minute, Valdomiro Macedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Strutz FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. With his leg Carlinhos Batista managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Academia VSKG's César Aguiar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. César Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlinhos Batista having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers César Aguiar in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlinhos Batista saved Strutz FC from getting behind. Academia VSKG's Manoel Batista shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 81st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Carlinhos Batista but with some difficulty. 84 minutes into the game, César Aguiar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carlinhos Batista. César Aguiar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guga Capixaba got free with Carlinhos Batista in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Academia VSKG's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Bertassi came free, but Diguinho Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Bertassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Academia VSKG had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
