But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Goren couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Pedrinho Ibrahimović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Greger Ahlerot kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Norberto Hermes. That made the score 3-1 in the 46 minute of play.

The wind increased when Sixto Goren made the kick off in the second half. Pedrinho Ibrahimović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Norberto Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norberto Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Greger Ahlerot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixto Goren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Igor Soares took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Norberto Hermes. Norberto Hermes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. In the 67th minute of the match, João Augusto Faria got a very nice opportunity to score, but João Vítor de Godoi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 74 played minutes Grêmio Novorizontino got a freekick which was hit by Geovani Prado. Yuri Galvão's late challenge caught a Universal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yuri Galvão helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, Yuri Galvão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grêmio Novorizontino's Norberto Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Goren in the 80th minute of play. Norberto Hermes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Greger Ahlerot, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Grêmio Novorizontino's Norberto Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Goren in the 83rd minute of play. Norberto Hermes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91stth minute of the game Sixto Goren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Novorizontino's Norberto Hermes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Greger Ahlerot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Universal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Greger Ahlerot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Hermes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Grêmio Novorizontino's Norberto Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Goren in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Universal FC had played much better football throughout.
