Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gabriel Mazza started the match with the kick off. Durvalino Alvarenga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Melo having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Dagoberto Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 6 played minutes, Real Parque FC's Cacá Leite shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Claudinei Melo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Real Parque FC reached it. Carlos Augusto Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Mazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateus Vergílio, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When Real Parque FC's Mateus Vergílio in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grossas AD's goalie prevented a goal. If Zeca Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeca Cearense got free with Carlos Augusto Batista in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th minute Durvalino Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Grossas AD's Toninho Cardoso got a free kick in the 38th minute. When Zeca Cearense came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Grossas AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeca Cearense couldn't finish the play. The Grossas AD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Parque FC were winning 0-2.

After a defensive mix-up in Grossas AD's zone, Mateus Vergílio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinei Melo came out of the goal and Mateus Vergílio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Grossas AD getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Gabriel Mazza hit a great ball. Durvalino Alvarenga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudinei Melo having to make a save. If Gabriel Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Augusto Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Mazza in the 79th minute of the match. Claudinei Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Leite in the 82nd minute of play. If Mateus Vergílio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flávio Valladares kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Real Parque FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
