In the 4th match minute, VASCO DA ROLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antônio Ceresso to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jardel Cosme in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cláudio Buffon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jardel Cosme scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cláudio Buffon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 12 minutes of play, Rufa City FC - FSCMZ's Jardel Cosme made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cláudio Buffon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17thth minute of the game Jardel Cosme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VASCO DA ROLA's Cláudio Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in VASCO DA ROLA's zone, Jardel Cosme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cláudio Buffon came out of the goal and Jardel Cosme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Rufa City FC - FSCMZ's Guga Reis got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Jardel Cosme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Jardel Cosme sped through VASCO DA ROLA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cláudio Buffon. 31 minutes into the match, VASCO DA ROLA's goal looked a bit too open when Jardel Cosme came free, but Cláudio Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio Buffon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jardel Cosme went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 38 minutes into the game, Jardel Cosme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Cláudio Buffon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Antônio Ceresso made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Rufa City FC - FSCMZ's Guga Reis. Guga Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gylfi Sigurdsson to make the kick off. Antônio Ceresso kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Gylfi Sigurdsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the game, Rufa City FC - FSCMZ's Jardel Cosme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cláudio Buffon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. After 63 minutes, Guga Reis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rufa City FC - FSCMZ and the VASCO DA ROLA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Rufa City FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Guga Reis. Jardel Cosme struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Cláudio Buffon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rufa City FC - FSCMZ. When Rufa City FC - FSCMZ's Jardel Cosme in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cláudio Buffon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. VASCO DA ROLA's Cláudio Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Cosme in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Cosme in the 91st minute of play forced VASCO DA ROLA's goalkeeper Cláudio Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Rufa City FC - FSCMZ's Jardel Cosme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cláudio Buffon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rufa City FC - FSCMZ played a much better game than VASCO DA ROLA and deserved their victory. The VASCO DA ROLA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
