In the 75th minute, Gerbasi A.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Russ Bull fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Russ Bull who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Edward Andrzejewski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Gerbasi A.C. getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Wágner Dionísio hit a great ball. With his leg Edward Andrzejewski managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Cabo Frio's Russ Bull fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zé Carlos Nunes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeferson Gaúcho having to make a save. Gerbasi A.C.'s Edward Andrzejewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Gerbasi A.C. from getting a goal against them.
