CA Haine Capibaribe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cléber Aguiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Agnaldo Gonçalves might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Paulo Leão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agnaldo Gonçalves ran back to his position shaking his head. Cesinha Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Agnaldo Gonçalves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but José Paulo Leão made a huge save. Válter Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
