With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jovica Kurčubić in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dedé Ceresso saved Torre from getting behind. A collision led to Burituranas FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Nunez Fidele hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Dumitru Cunea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dedé Ceresso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some careless play in the Torre defense, Nunez Fidele kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dedé Ceresso. The Torre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dedé Ceresso should have stopped the shot. After 20 played minutes Burituranas FC got a freekick which was hit by Leo Ceandro. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nunez Fidele in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dedé Ceresso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dumitru Cunea succeeded in the game's 25th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. After 28 minutes, Nunez Fidele made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Torre's Dedé Ceresso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Wellington Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Leonardo Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Faustão Toscano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40thth minute of the game Nunez Fidele who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torre's Dedé Ceresso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jovica Kurčubić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedé Ceresso having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Moreira made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Xavier in the 52nd minute of play forced Burituranas FC's goalkeeper Faustão Toscano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torre's Davi Xavier got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nunez Fidele blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dedé Ceresso having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Sílvio Luiz de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torre's supporters rose to their feet, but Sílvio Luiz de Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
