Spectators: 7471 (Terracing: 5604, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Yusuf Tokuş made the kick off which started today's match. Paulo de Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yusuf Tokuş in the 5th minute of play. Yusuf Tokuş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo de Godoi came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Alpha F. C.'s Yusuf Tokuş. But to his dismay, Yusuf Tokuş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 19 minutes, Yusuf Tokuş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alpha F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Yusuf Tokuş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Buritama Sport Club's Tales Moreira got a free kick in the 21st minute. Paulo de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yusuf Tokuş in the 24th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Yusuf Tokuş's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo de Godoi was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Tales Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. When Yusuf Tokuş came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Alpha F. C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yusuf Tokuş couldn't finish the play. Paulo de Godoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yusuf Tokuş's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Paulo de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Braga in the 38th minute of the match. Vágner Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Paulo de Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Braga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo de Godoi having to make a save. In the 45thth minute of the game Yusuf Tokuş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buritama Sport Club's Paulo de Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot by Paulinho de Lima from long distance, 47 minutes into the match, got Valério de Medeiros's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 52nd minute, Yusuf Tokuş reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Paulo de Godoi. The goal made the score 0-2. After a rather tough play, Buritama Sport Club's Arnaldo Barbosa got a free kick in the 55th minute. Téo Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Nuno Espírito Santo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulo de Godoi. Buritama Sport Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 65th minute, Andrézinho de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Buritama Sport Club's Paulinho de Lima got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st match minute, Buritama Sport Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Veiga to maneuver through the defense. Paulo de Godoi had great luck who in the 75thth minute grab hold of the ball when Yusuf Tokuş from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Paulinho de Lima hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Alpha F. C. made a substitution. Pedro Augusto Prata replaced Walmir Koehler. Alpha F. C.'s Wágner Messias was substituted for Per Gunnarsson. After 77 played minutes Buritama Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Paulinho de Lima. Wágner Messias hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Paulinho de Lima in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Alpha F. C.'s Tales Seco. Alpha F. C.'s Yusuf Tokuş got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oscar Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diamantino de Sena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo de Godoi having to make a save. When Yusuf Tokuş came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Alpha F. C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yusuf Tokuş couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the match, Buritama Sport Club's goalkeeper Paulo de Godoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diamantino de Sena. Alpha F. C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
