Kartal Taştan was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Yusuf Tokuş capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yusuf Tokuş really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The supporters of Altamira SS booed when Alpha F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yusuf Tokuş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yusuf Tokuş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Rodolfo Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Vágner Rosado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Yusuf Tokuş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kartal Taştan. Altamira SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yusuf Tokuş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Yusuf Tokuş might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kartal Taştan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yusuf Tokuş ran back to his position shaking his head. Oscar Braga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Kartal Taştan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yusuf Tokuş in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kartal Taştan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Diamantino de Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yusuf Tokuş took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kartal Taştan. Altamira SS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Yusuf Tokuş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Kartal Taştan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diamantino de Sena got free with Kartal Taştan in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute, Alpha F. C.'s Yusuf Tokuş dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. After a rather tough play, Alpha F. C.'s Nuno Espírito Santo got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th match minute, Alpha F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vágner Rosado to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the game, Yusuf Tokuş was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alpha F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Altamira SS the free kick. The supporters of Altamira SS booed when Alpha F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yusuf Tokuş didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodolfo Pena to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Yusuf Tokuş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alpha F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Yusuf Tokuş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kartal Taştan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yusuf Tokuş in the 55th minute of play. Yusuf Tokuş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kartal Taştan having to interfere. Diamantino de Sena hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar Braga in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kartal Taştan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Altamira SS's attentive Wellington Quadros managed to snatch the ball when Nuno Espírito Santo made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. 71 minutes into the match, Yusuf Tokuş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kartal Taştan. Altamira SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yusuf Tokuş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vágner Rosado during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Alpha F. C.'s Vágner Rosado got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 80 minutes, Yusuf Tokuş made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Altamira SS's Kartal Taştan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alpha F. C.'s Wágner Messias was substituted for Per Gunnarsson. Alpha F. C.'s Pedro Augusto Prata was substituted for Walmir Koehler. Oscar Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the game, Nuno Espírito Santo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Altamira SS's Wellington Quadros quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Alpha F. C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
