Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Olívio de Lima got the match started through his kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Altamira SS's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Veiga came free, but Kartal Taştan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olívio de Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Kartal Taştan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Altamira SS's Wellington Quadros managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Paulinho de Lima in the 19 minute of the game. In the 20th minute, Buritama Sport Club's Andrézinho de Almeida ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kartal Taştan. Kartal Taştan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Altamira SS getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Narciso Lara hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the game, Fabiano Veiga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buritama Sport Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Altamira SS the free kick. After a rather tough play, Buritama Sport Club's Fabiano Veiga got a free kick in the 37th minute. Jonathan Aires fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 41st minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. After 43 minutes, Tales Moreira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buritama Sport Club and the Altamira SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tales Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, Altamira SS's Rodolfo Pena made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo de Godoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Narciso Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Buritama Sport Club getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Andrézinho de Almeida hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the game, Paulinho de Lima threw the ball into play from the sideline. Altamira SS's Wellington Quadros quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Paulo de Godoi was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Narciso Lara capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Narciso Lara really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Andrézinho de Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Paulinho de Lima in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Altamira SS's Wellington Quadros. Altamira SS's attentive Wellington Quadros managed to snatch the ball when Paulinho de Lima made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game.
