Spectators: 7332 (Terracing: 5604, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Noel Mendonça started the match with the kick off. Wilian Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. When Stathis Lolos fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AtLéTiCo GaLvAn's protests and gave Stathis Lolos a yellow card for diving instead. Chiquinho Vargas hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, João Pedro Vidal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Pedro Vidal in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amauri Munhoz saved AtLéTiCo GaLvAn from getting behind. AtLéTiCo GaLvAn's Amauri Munhoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pedro Vidal in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute Noel Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfredo Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AtLéTiCo GaLvAn's Josué Gomes managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Germano Custódio in the 33 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, AtLéTiCo GaLvAn's Cícero Carneiro got a free kick in the 40th minute. João Pedro Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Munhoz having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute Umberto Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Munhoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredinho da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Munhoz having to interfere. Amauri Munhoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute Umberto Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Munhoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Umberto Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amauri Munhoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pedro Vidal in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Silvinho Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Noel Mendonça fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AtLéTiCo GaLvAn's protests and gave Noel Mendonça a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes AtLéTiCo GaLvAn got a freekick which was hit by Noel Mendonça. In the 76thth minute of the game João Pedro Vidal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AtLéTiCo GaLvAn's Amauri Munhoz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stathis Lolos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chiquinho Vargas charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chiquinho Vargas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes AtLéTiCo GaLvAn got a freekick which was hit by Chiquinho Vargas. Amauri Munhoz came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Madury FC's João Pedro Vidal. But to his dismay, João Pedro Vidal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. There was no doubt that Madury FC were the better team. Madury FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
